TREKKING PEAKS |
The Term "Trekking Peak" is unfortunate:
it denotes a small mountains, no longer virgin that
may be attempted with reasonable formalities rather
than requiring an expedition permit, liaison officer
and often complex regulation.
The current list, as at Spring 1986, is as follows.
Both the heights given and the names are from His
Majesty's Government's official list and may not necessarily
be those accepted by many mountaineers with practical
experience of these mountains.
