Happy Holiday's 7-day Annapurna Foothills Lodge trek to the Poon Hill offer all the best of trekking in the Annapurna region in Nepal. A pre-dawn trek is required to reach the summit of Poon Hill for one of the most beautiful sunrises in the world. As the sun touches the snowcapped peaks the Himalayan giant, Dhaulagiri (8,167m/26,788ft) and Annapurna (8,091m/26,538ft.) along with a maze of other peaks, slowly begin to appear, like magic, before our eyes.

Moderate trekking from 900m/3000ft to 3100m/9,760ft at an easy walking pace.Staying in comfortable family run teahouses or lodges along the trekking route. This is a beautiful short trek that passes through the interesting Gurung and Magar villages of the Annapurna Conservation Area, with opportunities to view wildlife, wildflowers and of course the Annapurna sunrise whilst staying in some of the best lodges in Nepal. The trek starts and ends in Pokhara. Clients carry daypack only and walk at their own pace accompanied by an experienced trek guide and porter to carry luggage.
